Cardea Home support have an fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Home Care and Hoarding Support worker, offering high quality flexible personalized support for people who exhibit hoarding behaviours and who live within the Romsey/New Forest area.
The role will deliver one to one support to clients in their homes, aiming to address and reduce the risks connected to their hoarding and enabling them to achieve their personal goals and outcomes as well as making choices towards a healthier and happier life. Through this work, clients will improve their physical/mental health and be supported to de-clutter their home.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years’ experience of working with and providing support and advice to the most vulnerable people within our communities and knowledge of how this affects their life and the decisions they make.
You will need a full driving license (mileage will be paid) and have access to a suitable means of transport for this role.
Rates of pay c£9.50 per hour. No weekends or evenings. Flexible working hours.
